 We are pleased to share that pupils have now taken part in the first session of our Heart and Circulatory System programme. The session at U7 academy involved practical, age-appropriate physical activities and interactive learning to help pupils explore how the heart and circulatory system work during exercise. The programme is being delivered by Dr Matthew Handford BSc MSc PhD from U7 Academy & Youth, who guided pupils through engaging activities designed to build their understanding of how the human body responds to physical activity.

Year 6 Climbing, Crate Stacking and High Beams Some Year 6 children had the chance to climb the high beams and work on collaboration and teamwork with crate stacking at River Dart Country Park. The children loved it and it was great using the school minibus!
